Food Tastings Summer Picnic Eats: Coffee Bubble Cooler recipe

INGREDIENTS: *Recipe shared by Chef Portia Baluyot using ARLA Full Cream Milk 
1 cup ARLA Full Cream Milk
2 shots espresso
3 tbsp condensed milk
ice cubes
vanilla ice cream
cocoa powder
black tapioca pearls

PROCEDURE:

For the Tapioca Pearls: Cook tapioca pearls according to package instructions, set aside

For the Coffee Mixture: In a blender, pour the milk, 2 shots espresso and 1 jigger of condensed milk; mix well

To Assemble: In a tall glass, add tapioca pearls, ice cubes and the coffee mixture. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and dust with cocoa powder

*No espresso machine? No problem! You may use a pack of 3-in-1 coffee.
