Martabak Markobar from Indonesia, is essentially a Chinese style pancake (Mee Chang Kueh). It is done like a Western deep dish pizza and topped with up to 8 delicious chocolate varieties like crushed Toblerone and KitKat. It is from a stall and catering arm, owned by Pak Gibran, the son of President Jokowi of Indonesia (who cannot be at the event because he just became a father).
