#latepost My Lemon Butter Garlic Chicken version (swipe to the left for procedure photos & videos) Ingredients: chicken breasts, filleted lemon, juiced garlic, sliced spring onions, minced salt & pepper butter Procedure: – in a bowl, season chicken with salt & pepper and add lemon juice; marinate chicken for at least 30minutes – heat pan in medium and add butter – sauté garlic until golden brown and set aside; quickly add in spring onions (10seconds) and set aside – add in chicken fillets and cook 5-7minutes each side or no longer pink in the center – serve topped the garlic & spring onions 👍🏼Tips: – If you want to make a sauce: you can add cornstarch w/ the lemon juice marinade & butter left in the pan, season w/ salt & pepper and cook for 3-5minutes – sautéing the garlic and spring onions in the butter releases flavor and setting it aside as toppings so as not to overcook and retain its flavor – you can also add a bit of olive oil do that the butter will not burn quickly #lemonbuttergarlicchicken #urmajestysiresfoodadventures #urmajestysiresfoodexperiments #urmajestysirestips . . . #food #foodporn #foodie #foodblog #foodblogger #lifestyleblog #lifestyleblogger #chickenrecipes #lemonbuttergarlic #healthyeats #healthyeating #healthychoices

😜 Cooked my version of 'Tofu in Oyster Sauce'👌🏽(swipe to the left for procedure photos & videos) Here's the recipe 🔪 Ingredients: tofu, drained & cut into cubes garlic, minced onion, sliced oyster sauce water salt & pepper cooking oil 🍳 Procedure: – heat oil in a pan, season & fry tofu until a bit crispy; set aside – add in the same pan and sauté onions & garlic for 2-3minutes – mix oyster sauce w/ water and add in; season w/ salt & pepper & let simmer – add in the crispy tofu and toss 👍🏼 Tips if you want the resto version: – You can add minced ginger & spring onions for more flavor as well sliced bell peppers & mushrooms in the sauté – use broth instead of water – add cornstarch to thicken the sauce – drizzle sesame seed oil before taking it off the heat – serve sprinkled w/ sesame seeds #tofuinoystersauce #urmajestysiresrecipes #urmajestysiresfoodexperiments #urmajestysirestips . . . #food #foodporn #foodie #foodblog #foodblogger #lifestyleblog #lifestyleblogger #tofurecipes #oystersauce #healthyeats #healthyeating #healthychoices

URMAJESTYSIRE’S RECIPES: Ginisang Sayote or Sauteed Chayote recipe

Sharing a simple veggie recipe: ‘Ginisang Sayote’ (‘Sauteed Chayote’)
INGREDIENTS:
2 medium sayote, sliced
1lb ground pork
cooking oil
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medoum onion, sliced
1 medium tomato, sliced
11/2 cups water
1 tbsp. patis or fish sauce (optional)
salt & pepper, to taste
PROCEDURE:
– In a pan heat oil and saute onion, garlic & tomato
– Add ground pork, cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or until light brown
– Mix in the sliced sayote, season with salt & pepper
– Pour in the water, cook for another 3 to 5 minutes
– Turn off heat, plate and serve
– Also best served with a main pork, chicken or fish dish
